With all our LOANS there are: no out of pocket expenses or up front fees. you get liquidity from your asset now, retain contractual ownership, enjoy the tax benefits that derive from not having to sell your securities, and profit from appreciation of your portfolio should the stock price increase in value when the LOAN matures after principle and interest are paid the transaction is not a sale of the borrowers stock, but kept locked up by the lender for the entire period of the LOAN.
